To be a Hurricanes Football Coach, you need to do the following:

 

Go to www.howardcountymd.gov/RAP, click on volunteer (forms are there, they are submitted to volunteer coordinator)

 

New Coaches must fill out: volunteer application, volunteer agreement, Kroll background, ASEP, concussion cert, and provide a photo ID

 

Returning Coaches must fill out: volunteer agreement,  background,  (filling out the agreement will generate the background form)

 

ASEP, concussion certification, and photo ID need only to be filled out once in your coaching career
